Dear Howard:

The Albany Visitors Center , Historic Albany Foundation and Historic Cherry Hill are pleased to inform you that the Council of Albany Neighborhood Associations has been selected to receive a “Sense of Place” award at the 9th Annual Albany History Fair on May 4.

The City and County of Albany are replete with fascinating historical structures, people and events, and the Council’s role in preserving and making city neighborhoods livable will be honored at the 6th Annual “Sense of Place” awards ceremony during the fair.

The History Fair will be held from Noon-4 p.m. at the Albany Visitors Center , and the awards ceremony will begin at 3:45 p.m.   Immediately following the fair, there will be a wine and cheese reception for awardees, honorary committee members, history fair exhibitors, presenters and volunteers.  We hope you’ll be able to join us.

We will give you a call soon to see if you can attend, but in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions.  Congratulations!

Sincerely,
