c)      The City Budget Committee

i)         For the past two decades or so, Marggie Skinner, Cynthia Galivan and Harold Rubin have been making presentations on Albany 's budget on behalf of CANA . We need a new team to represent CANA and to a large extent it has been our annual budget commentary that placed CANA in the public spotlight. Harold has also been asked to look into the growing City's bonded indebtedness. This could be the first project of a revitalized Budget Committee.

d)      CANA Zoning Committee

i)          CANA  had a Zoning Committee headed up by Stephanie Richardson that met several times. However, when she resigned, the Committee ceased functioning. If we feel there is a need for such a committee, and it is agreed to, we have to identify people to serve and need someone is needed to chair it.
